PROTEI, a leading telecom solutions provider, has been selected as the supplier for a new generation of roaming solutions by CMPAK, a prominent Pakistani mobile operator operating under the Zong brand. In light of the challenges presented by COVID-19 and in preparation for the resumption of regular roaming traffic, CMPAK has initiated a project to upgrade its roaming bundle.

This project entails a significant enhancement of key roaming platforms, including Steering of Roaming, Welcome SMS, and roaming traffic quality monitoring. The bundle is designed to encompass all essential platforms with functionalities that meet the modern needs of operators, such as 2G/3G/4G roaming capabilities, customizable reporting tools, and the scalability necessary for large operators like CMPAK. The project has been implemented in strict adherence to the established timeline and functional requirements.
