Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Professional Telecommunication Incorporation (PROTEI) (“PROTEI”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

When you use our contact, demo-request, brochure-request or meeting-request forms we collect the details you enter: your name, company, work email, phone number, country, area of interest and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. Our web server also records standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

Our own visitor counter records which pages are viewed, the type of device and the website a visitor came from. It uses no cookies, and the address of your device is not stored: it is only used, in scrambled form, to count unique visitors for one day.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry and arrange demonstrations or meetings;
To send information about PROTEI products and services you asked about, and — if you subscribed — our newsletter and event invitations;
To keep this website secure and improve its content.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Cookies

Essential cookie (always on). One session cookie protects the forms against misuse and keeps editors signed in. It is deleted when you close your browser.

Analytics cookies (only with your permission). If you click “Accept all” or switch on Analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure visits anonymously. If you click “Reject”, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Your choice is remembered in your browser for six months. You can change it at any time: open cookie settings.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter or by emailing sales@protei.me.

Retention and security

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and are stored on secured systems with restricted access.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing sales@protei.me.
