PROTEI, the leading telecom solutions provider, has successfully expanded its international footprint by delivering and deploying its voice platform for a BSS transformation project managed by Redknee for DIGITEL in Venezuela. Redknee, a top provider of real-time monetization and subscriber management solutions, served as the System Integrator for this initiative.

PROTEI’s IVR was chosen for its flexibility, SIP connectivity, and seamless integration with the network core. Its user-friendly graphical service creation environment further accelerates time-to-market for services launched from the platform. The PROTEI IVR supports features such as call-back and calling cards at DIGITEL Venezuela, with Redknee managing the charging for both services to ensure effective integration into their real-time monetization and subscriber management platform.

Looking ahead, DIGITEL specialists will be equipped to make modifications that expand service offerings, adjust service logic, and introduce new voice services using the same platform.

With this project launch, Venezuela becomes the third country in Latin America to successfully implement PROTEI products and solutions.
