In April 2018, PROTEI proudly became an associate member of the GSM Association (GSMA). While full membership is exclusively reserved for mobile operators, our recognition as an Associate Member reflects our growing influence in the mobile communications industry.
We have successfully collaborated with GSMA, most notably during our participation in the prestigious World Mobile Congress (MWC). However, the mission of GSMA goes beyond merely organizing IT events; it serves as a vital global platform that champions the interests of all stakeholders in the mobile communications landscape. This includes mobile operators, equipment suppliers, regulatory bodies, and everyday users, all of whom stand to benefit from GSMA’s initiatives. Today, the association boasts 750 mobile operators across 220 countries and more than 200 equipment manufacturers as members.
With over 15 years of experience in the international telecommunications market, PROTEI’s membership in GSMA was a natural progression. The advantages of GSMA Associate Membership are manifold, particularly for our business development.
