To enhance its global footprint, PROTEI, a premier telecom solution provider, has successfully implemented and launched its voice platform for a BSS transformation project with Turkcell. The GGSN/PDN-GW supports the management of GTP V1 and V2 protocols and is involved in PDP context management processes, which include authentication and authorization, IP pool management, address mapping, quality of service, and PDP context enforcement.

For this project, PROTEI has delivered a variety of platforms. The CAMEL Gateway (SCP) enables real-time charging for voice calls and can be readily expanded to support additional services.

The Diameter real-time mediation system facilitates online charging for a range of value-added services, compatible with numerous DIAMETER dialects for service platforms and providing a unified protocol for the Online Charging System (OCS). This Diameter mediation supports online charging for services offered by various platforms, including SMSC, MMSC, IVR, RBT, and Pay4Me Service. Additionally, PROTEI has launched a USSD system to enhance the provision of various self-care services.

By successfully executing this project, PROTEI has solidified its role as a dependable vendor in the Turkish market, serving a diverse array of telco business lines.
